Return window
You can request a return or exchange within days of receiving your order.
Conditions
Wrong or faulty items
If you receive the wrong item or a fabric with a defect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can put it right.
How to request a return
Contact us at or with your order number (it looks like TF-123456) and the reason for the return. We will tell you how to send the item back.
Refunds
As orders are cash on delivery, approved refunds are made by a method we agree with you (for example bank transfer or store credit).
